The Group was established in the year 1998 by Amit Goyal, the founder of the group. He started this journey with the distribution of Auto components based out of Kolkata in the year 1998 with the establishment of “Shreeji Automobiles” under “Anandshreeji Group”. Over the period of time and with the experience of organized distribution, the group ventured into Exports with set of OEMs representing them in Bangladesh by the name of “Kunal International” for all overseas operations.
